That’s why we recommend playing with your new Lyrho paddle for at least 14 days before considering a return. Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or tweak your order? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll take care of it. After that, your order is already in motion, and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident that our paddles will elevate your game, which is why we offer a risk-free 60-day trial. Play with your paddle for at least 14 days, and if you’re not loving it, you can return it within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We pack our paddles with care, but if your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. If your paddle has a physical defect or is broken, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage at support@lyrho.com. We’ll determine if you qualify for a free replacement.

👉 Please note: Damage to the packaging (like a dented box) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product inside is intact. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the courier. While we aim for fast and smooth delivery, we can’t control delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If you experience shipping issues, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Double-check your shipping details before placing your order! If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, notify us within 24 hours. If we don’t hear from you within that time, and your package ships to the wrong address, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order.
