At Lyrho, we believe that getting started with pickleball should be hassle-free—that’s why we offer FREE shipping on all orders! 🚀
Order Processing Times
Once you place your order, we hustle to get it out the door! Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once it’s handed off to our shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way to you!
📅 Peak seasons & holidays: Processing times may extend up to 1-4 business days due to high demand.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, here’s how long it typically takes to arrive:
📍 USA & Canada: 6-9 days
📍 Other Countries: 8-12 days
🚨 Important Note: Unexpected delays (such as customs, high shipping volumes, or carrier issues) may extend shipping times beyond the estimates above. While we do our best to ensure speedy delivery, some delays are out of our control.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
We know mistakes happen! If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us at support@lyrho.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
🔹 Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may lead to delays or cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll reach out within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delayed Delivery
We aim for a fast and smooth delivery, but sometimes life happens—bad weather, customs delays, and carrier issues can slow things down.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, we recommend:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nobody likes a missing package. If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it:

🚀 Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
🚀 Contact the shipping carrier to report the issue
If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to support@lyrho.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
